Due to the digital nature of our software and sound libraries, returns are generally not accepted once a product has been downloaded or registered. We encourage all customers to review system requirements and product walkthroughs thoroughly before making a purchase.

Return Process

    Ensure your product has not been downloaded, activated, or registered via the Spitfire Audio App or your account portal.

    Submit a Request

    Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase to initiate a refund request for unredeemed software licenses.

    Technical Review

    Our engineers will review your case to confirm the license remains unused and that no technical bypasses have occurred.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once approved, your original payment method will be credited within 5-10 business days and the digital license will be revoked.
